The first step to wrapping a thumb is to place the roll of tape in the unhurt hand while positioning the placement of the tape and the finger of the other hand. The next or second step is to start at the base of the wrist wrapping the tape around your hand. Third step is to continue with the wrapping process until the tape is about mid palm. Then as the fourth step wrap the thumb out until it is fully supported and stable. It is very important to make sure that during these steps you do not wrap to softly or to tightly.
